Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using designerdancefloors.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

Designer Dance Floors provides custom-printed dance floors, welcome signs, seating charts, wedding stationery, and related event décor. All products are custom-made to your specifications and are subject to the terms below.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders require full or partial payment at the time of booking, as indicated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Products & Approval Process

Because all products are custom-made:

• You will receive a digital proof for review before production begins.
• You must approve the proof in writing before we proceed. Your approval is final.
• We are not responsible for errors (spelling, colours, layout) in approved proofs.
• Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and extend the timeline.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before proof approval: Orders cancelled before proof approval are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 design fee.
• After proof approval: Custom products in production cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Defective products: If a product arrives defective or not as approved, we will reprint or issue a credit at our discretion.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days from proof approval, depending on product complexity and order volume. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or artwork you submit for production. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order. We retain ownership of any original designs created by our team. We may use photos of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designer Dance Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
