Rental Questions

Delivery, professional setup, and teardown are included for events within our standard service area. For venues further out, a travel fee may apply — we'll confirm the exact total in your quote based on your venue address.

We recommend reserving 2–6 months ahead, especially for peak wedding season (May–October) when popular pieces book out quickly. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — message us with your date and we'll check availability right away.

Once we confirm availability and you approve the quote, a deposit secures your date and holds your rentals. The balance is due before your event. We'll walk you through every step when you reach out.

Some of our rental pieces can be personalized with custom-printed wraps, decals, or signage — your names, monogram, or colour palette — using the same in-house printing as our dance floors. Ask us what's possible for the item you're renting; custom printing may add lead time, so book early.

We service the GTA, Calgary, and Vancouver areas, and travel to surrounding regions. Tell us your venue and event date and we'll confirm whether we can deliver and what any travel fee would be.

Normal event wear is expected and covered. A refundable damage deposit may apply to certain items; we'll outline this in your rental agreement so there are no surprises.
